    The Montreal label for men and women atelier b. was created by Catherine Métivier and Anne-Marie Laflamme. Graduates of Marie-Victorin College and UQAM's École Supérieure de Mode in Design and Fashion Management, Catherine and Anne-Marie wish to make a difference in the fashion industry by creating clothing that is high quality, down to the last detail. Using low-impact materials, human and textile resources optimized by technology and preserving the invaluable Québécois "savoir-faire" thanks to local production, the two designers draw inspiration from industrial design and the world of production to create each of their pieces with simplicity and minimalism.

    Ayla Khosroshahi bridges her background in Human Rights with her love affair with fashion to create AYLA, a sustainable apparel and accessories company with eco-styling services. AYLA is a forwarding-thinking brand: promoting ‘slow fashion’, maintaining environmentally and ethically sound practices. AYLA is design-focused believing that conscious consumers do not have to give up on style. AYLA promotes sustainability as a lifestyle, inspires through communication and empowers though collaboration.

    Azadi Project works with artisans in Pakistan, Uzbekistan and Bangladesh to produce high-quality, contemporary and socially conscious fair trade fashion. We commit to business practices that respect people and the environment by ensuring that producers are empowered through fair wages and safe work environments, and that methods of production are environmentally sustainable. We also aim to design garments that help to preserve and showcase the indigenous crafts of disadvantaged artisans and producers.

    Toronto eco jewelry designer Lara Bazant infuses her 15+ years of experience with a sense of spirit and preservation to create jewelry that merges global sustainability with individual style. Her unique adornments are internationally recognized for their versatile use, off-beat yet classy look and environmental nod. In her Victorian industrial warehouse studio at the heart of Toronto’s Distillery District, Lara uses sterling silver to breathe new life into vintage, natural and fair trade stones which she sources from her many travels.

    Carys is derived from the Welsh word câr meaning "love".
    Belle is the feminine form of the French word meaning beautiful.

    Through their products, Carys Belle aim to encourage women to love and embrace their individual beauty, to create their own label, and to be who they want to be. In addition to bringing self love and value to individuals, Carys Belle aim to be socially responsible as well. Their products are made up of between 70% to 100% jute, which is a long, soft, and shiny vegetable fibre that is spun into strong thread. Along with cotton and natural leather, Carys Belle create a product that you will love!

    Dara Dot Designs, established in 2006 by Dara Frydman, is a handmade accessories company focused on reclaiming versatility and seasonless dressing in your day to night wardrobe.

    Designer, owner and Fashion Design grad, Dara Frydman, fell in love with the idea of applying her design background and use of textiles in to her fresh line of accessories. Inspired by mixing the expected with the unexpected, she incorporates a variety of materials such as Modal, leather, coconut shell, and assorted metals. This union of textiles, translates seamlessly in to unique designs striking a timeless yet modern, and handmade feel.
