The collection Thieves by Sonja den Elzen is a contemporary ready to wear designer line for men and women with a commitment to sustainability. With a mix of fine tailoring, draping, asymmetry and the texturing of fabric each piece is sculpted to compliment the human form in a state of ease and subtlety.
With the Thieves collection, den Elzen uses eco friendly fabrics such as organic wool, organic cotton, peace silk, tencel and hemp and is always sourcing and hunting for textiles that are earth gentle. We like to work with contractors that we have a personal relationship with, so at this time we produce our garments here in Toronto. The fabrics used are high quality and luxurious and feel that way next to the skin.
