Kim Carpenter, PCC, is an executive coach, organizational strategist, and founder of People at the Center, a consultancy that helps organizations build trust-driven, people-centered cultures where both human potential and business results can thrive.
With more than 20 years of experience coaching and advising senior leaders from companies including Apple, Netflix, Hershey, and PBS, Kim applies insights from neuroscience, behavioral science, and systems thinking to help leaders navigate complexity, culture change, and growth. Her work has reached thousands of professionals across sectors and continents.
Kim's commitment to sustainability and social innovation is longstanding. She served as a leadership advisor to The Renewal Workshop, one of the first startups in circular fashion and textiles, and has mentored diverse founders through social impact accelerators including DivInc and Impact2030. She currently holds a position at Chief, contributing to the development and advancement of senior executive women.
