Kim Carpenter, PCC, is an executive coach, organizational strategist, and founder of People at the Center©, a consultancy that helps organizations build trust-driven, people-centered cultures where both human potential and business results can thrive. She is the author of the forthcoming book, The People-Centered Leader: Reinventing the Way We Work, Lead, and Build Companies—a bold call to reimagine leadership for a new era of business, rooted in purpose, trust, and human connection.

With more than 20 years of experience coaching and advising senior leaders from companies including Apple, Netflix, Hershey, and PBS, Kim applies insights from neuroscience, behavioral science, and systems thinking to help leaders lead more effectively through complexity, culture change, and growth. Her work has reached thousands of professionals across sectors and continents.

Kim’s commitment to sustainability and social innovation is longstanding. She served as a strategic advisor to The Renewal Workshop, one of the first startups in circular fashion and textiles, for four years. She currently serves on the board of Fashion Takes Action, is a partner with Social Venture Partners Austin, and mentors diverse founders through accelerators like DivInc and Impact2030. Her work sits at the intersection of business, equity, and regeneration—advancing a vision where organizations grow by putting people and the planet at the center.
