How Your Donation Helps

Your donation supports My Clothes My World, our youth education program that helps students as young as eight understand the social and environmental impacts of the fashion industry. Fashion is a fun and relatable way to introduce broader issues such as climate change, waste, consumption and global responsibility. After all, every student gets dressed each day.

Through critical thinking, inquiry-based learning and practical activities, My Clothes My World helps students explore the challenges within the fashion system while focusing on hopeful, achievable solutions.The program empowers young people to become informed global citizens and, over time, more responsible consumers. Your support helps us bring this important education to more students, teachers and communities across Canada.

Fashion Takes Action is a registered Canadian non-profit organization. To receive a charitable tax receipt for your donation, please submit your donation through the Veritas Foundation form below.

FTA is a 1% for the Planet non-profit partner. If you are 1% for the Planet member, your donation will count towards your annual commitment.
