Charlotte Genge is the Founder and Principal of EnsembleCo Consulting, where she helps organizations develop evidence-based strategies that advance circular economy initiatives, sustainability, and social impact. With a background in engineering and an MBA, she combines technical expertise, business strategy, and applied research to support industry, governments, and nonprofit organizations tackling complex sustainability challenges.

Charlotte is a recognized leader in textile circularity. She serves as Senior Project Manager for the National Association for Charitable Textile Recycling (NACTR) and leads the Textile Transformation Nova Scotia initiative, a comprehensive study of post-consumer textiles. She also designs and leads community-based circular economy initiatives, including large-scale clothing swap and thrift events, that have inspired similar programs in other jurisdictions. Her work bridges research and practice, translating evidence into collaborative, scalable solutions that strengthen circular textile systems.
