Marium Durrani is an anthropologist, educator, and public speaker whose work focuses on repair, garment longevity, and the sociology of fashion, with an emphasis on community well-being. She earned her Ph.D. from Aalto University in Finland, where she examined communal repair practices as a pathway to resilience. She also holds an M.Phil. in Environment and Sustainability from the University of Oslo. Alongside her academic work, Marium is an independent circular fashion stylist and consultant, supporting more sustainable relationships with clothing.
