Sustainability and accountability have always been fundamental components of the work that Nicki does. She currently works with producers at Circular Action Alliance, helping companies across the US understand EPR obligations, policy, and reporting. Prior to joining CAA, she led sustainable packaging partnerships in North America for PepsiCo, bringing together competitor companies, nonprofits, and industry-related organizations to tackle some of the biggest challenges facing food packaging recycling today. Before that, Nicki worked for various fashion and retail brands to introduce and scale sustainability and human rights initiatives at large organizations.

She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Calgary and a masters degree in public policy from the University of Washington. She lives with her family in Interior BC.
