Helen Frank is the owner and head sewist at La Fixerie Couture, which does textile alterations and repairs. She started her company in 2018 to keep textiles out of landfill and has managed to save over 9,000 items in the last 8 years. When she isn’t mending, she loves exploring Montreal with her husband and their Boston Terrier, Kyra.
